I love having a bum you love!!!

I work hard at it via 3 seriously hard sessions a week in the gym including 1 with a Personal Trainer. My exercise regime is constantly changing so there is never time for me to rest on my laurels (or my bum!) for long.

For years I hated the size of my bum, I considered it to be ‘too big’ and longed to be one of those willowy looking girls that you see swaying down the catwalk. This was despite being a glamour model, and despite often being told I had a ‘great arse’.

So what changed it?

I guess the turning point was when I started to explore my bi-sexuality properly, and I actually understood how nice it was to cup a sexy, curvy bum in my hands. Then, meeting a guy who never tired of telling me how much he loved my arse, and who explained the difference between ‘full bums’ and ‘flat bums’ to me, so I could start to really understand the difference (and stop hating on myself).

Coming to work in ‘this world’ sealed the deal for me, and now I can smile and say ‘yep, my arse is my biggest arse-et’ and feel OK about that!!

Feeling happy and confident in your own body is a big deal – it took me a long time to get to this point, and it makes me really happy that getting older has also meant becoming MORE, rather than less confident.

We all have parts of us we’d change if we could, but equally, we all find different things attractive, so let’s spend less time obsessing over the bits we don’t like, and more time appreciating our good bits….. you know there will be someone out there who just loves your wonky teeth / lopsided smile / massive (or small) tits / hairy back / curly hair……..

Me? I am just gonna have to keep on doing those squats and deadlifts at the gym, coz it isn’t gonna go away, so it might as well be firm!!!

Kisses, Amelia
